Modern 1 BR Apt - Walk to Ocean & Shops

It was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Nice location. Parking could be an issue if you have 2 cars.

❤️❤️❤️ Positive: This place is absolutely wonderful !!! Completly up to date , very well equiped and very clean !!! Lowely decorated ! Beautiful yard , lovely trees and nice patio . Every apartment has his one garage ! We had wonderful time staying in aprtment 5077 for 10 days and we wood come here again any time . Highly recommend ! ❤️❤️❤️ Negative: Everything was wonderful

Overall had a great experience with the property and liked the proximity to the beach. The parking was very tight as the garage would not hold more than one compact car based on the design of the alley way leading to the garage entrance. While the property was clean and maintained well, the drain in the shower was very slow. Probably an opportunity for the cleaning crew to alert the property owner that maintenance was needed to clear the drain in the shower.

We’d stay here again, easy walks to all sorts of restaurants, grocery shopping, and the beach. Positive: Cute as a button and very comfortable. Negative: The dog next door howled up a storm during the day when left alone.

Cute home. Clean. Easy check in. Well stocked. Loved walking around this part of OB with the surfboard and pup in tow
