La Jolla Windansea Luxury Cottage

We had a greet stay. Close to the beach and lots of great walking trails in the area.Also very nice restaurants.If we have any negative it would be the water pressure in the shower. And maybe parking around the downtown area. We will be back.

Great choice to book in La Jolla, CA Positive: I would like to take a moment to thank the hosts of this cottage for providing such a beautiful place to stay by the beach in La Jolla. My girlfriend and I felt immediately at home upon entering the cottage and we were so thankful we had chosen this place to stay out of the many available options. The value for the booking is top tier for many reasons. The cottage is in a great neighborhood and is walking distance to the beach. This makes it easy to enjoy the sunset and listen to the ocean. In addition, it is close to many great eating establishments and shops, as well as the rest of San Diego / South Orange County should you decide to explore more. The cottage itself is well decorated and clean, you will feel right at home. We will definitely be returning in the future! Negative: N/A

Perfect stay Positive: Location is fantastic. Very walkable to beach and local restaurants/shops! Host was friendly and graciously accommodated to an early arrival. House was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The Pros: The place was newly renovated and nice. Good size bedroom and living room. Galley kitchen with nice amenities. Proximity (2 blocks) to Windansea beach was great, easy walk straight down to the water! Very nice neighborhood for casual walks. Ample street parking, normally close by the house.The Cons: Very small bathroom. Not close enough to walk to restaurants or cafes. No BBQ available. Lack of salt and pepper was a bummer, even though they had shakers on the counter. Front gate was a pain to open due to it getting stuck and had to lower a shoulder into it (easy to fix though), ended up primarily using back door.
