Modern Ocean Beach Apartment

Great location and comfort property for families vacation Positive: Modern, spacious and well-equipped house. Perfect and quiet location up to 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean beach. We used car and bus for transportation to the city sights/attractions. House was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults + 2 adults + senior + 1 kids 4 yrs old). Garage incl. beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys available. Dan and Becky / owners were very friendly, very helpful with perfect communication.

A cozy and relaxing space to stay while enjoying the coast of SD Positive: I loved the location, the garage parking, the amount of space, the bedding. The beds were extremely comfortable so much that my friend was asking about what mattresses were on them. I really liked the proximity to ocean beach as well as to other sights/attractions. Negative: The AC didn’t seem to be working as strongly after the first day. We set it to 68 and it was cool the first night but it didn’t seem to stay that cold the following two nights. There were also some scuff marks on the walls (not a huge deal but some people might care)

Extraordinario alojamiento sin paliativos.. enhorabuena a los dueños. Positive: Limpieza, completísimo, amplitud, tranquilidad... Negative: Ruido de aviones de 6.00 a 8.00 a.m. Pero, resulta inevitable salvo que te vayas a 10 kms El garaje un poco pequeño ( pero bastante que lo tiene ).

Kein Platz für einen Urlaub. Negative: Garagen sind so klein das man nicht Platz… Kein Parkplatz mehr frei um den ganzen Block… Kein sauberes Wasser ( nur so ein kleiner Filterbehälter) Terrasse nur mit lautem Lärm von der Klimaanlage nicht zu benutzen … Fluglärm den ganzen Tag ( wie am Flughafen)…

Perfect location Positive: Great location. Minutes from the beach ! Negative: There wasn’t anything to not like
